I am finding it very unprofessional and frustrating that I am constantly being told I will get a call back and an email about my taxes and yet to receive one in 3 days it will be exactly 2 months yet again for getting my taxes I have not even been told what I will be receiving for my taxes
Was recommend to them by a friend. I got my taxes filed 04/2022 it is 01/11/2023 and still no return. Getting in touch with them is impossible but once you do get them on the phone they are very nice of course but they don’t follow up like they are supposed to I would definitely advise you not to get your taxed filed by them.
My family and I been getting ours taxes done by GTS for a long time. I want to say what a Great team. The staff is kind, patience and hard working and dedicated to their job. Keep up the good work.
