G.T.S is poorly managed. I called a while back (about a month or so) and scheduled a ride about a week in advance insuring ill have a spot. Well the day comes and I am told (after my ride is 10+mins late) that I needed to call in the day before to make sure I still had my slot. That was not mentioned to me when I made the call nor is it mentioned on the website. I recently called in yesterday to schedule a ride and was told I will receive a time for my pickup by 2 pm. I've tried calling for the past 2 days, and no one answers the phone. I left a message yesterday and provided my phone #, no one got back to me. If they can't manage to answer their calls, I sure don't trust them to get me to work on time.
Was using G.T.S. before 2020 , about 8-10 a month . Past year & half , only 4-5 times a month . Get Groceries & go to the Laundromat. Now , that I'm getting older , this SUCKS . They really need toget there act together ... Then , maybe they don't , don't care ... !!! FRUSTRATING
