I have been using Grant and his team for my tax prep for the better part of the last five years. He has a very efficient and practical approach, which has been very helpful for my business. He also dedicates time to discuss discussing the tax process if you are just starting out in business. I would highly recommend him and have referred friends to him.
I had a horrible experience for a new client. I was very understanding after I made appointment I had to follow up with appointments not meet several times. Was told many times would call me back never did. Left message with no return calls. Waited over a month after tax deadline for taxes to to still not get completed. I ended up going somewhere else . This tax company is very flakey and would never recommend.
I have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to taxes. I was referred to Grant Rose and super anxious about seeing someone new (again, after many failed attempts at hiring a competent tax specialist) TODAY in his office was the most comfortable, heard, understood and taken care of I’ve ever felt on the subject.
