I had a horrible experience for a new client. I was very understanding after I made appointment I had to follow up with appointments not meet several times. Was told many times would call me back never did. Left message with no return calls. Waited over a month after tax deadline for taxes to to still not get completed. I ended up going somewhere else . This tax company is very flakey and would never recommend.
