Chris gave a me a Great massage. He found and relaxed all my tight muscles. I recommend you go see him!!
This was my first session with Chris and it went well. He began with dialogue focused on how the connection of the mind, body, and spirit are all imperative when resetting the body using stretch techniques, etc. I booked my next session and I am excited to see how my progress goes at GTO Health and Wellness!

I scheduled an appointment for chronic pain and noticed a definite improvement in my mobility after the treatment. Chris is an excellent practitioner who tailored the visit to address my specific issues. He discussed modality options and came up with a plan.
