This bank carries the loan for one of our cars. They use a 3rd party company to confirm insurance, some how that company messed up on the proof and said we did not have insurance for 3 months. We had full coverage before the car was driving home and provided that the same day. When we switched insurance providers they sent us a letter I immediately provided proof of the new policy.
