They probably were once good. I used their medical provider mortgage once and now that I moved again to provide medical services for underserved communities they refuse to make a mortgage loan despite making 2x what I made 3 years ago. Their declination form said income insufficient… yet my bank statements and pay stubs say exactly the opposite. Screw you guys!! Should mention ive been a member for 12 years. Deny an actual small loan for a major home repair but yall couldn't care less! So sick of GTE, I'm hoping I can find a way to make an easy switch to a different bank. Maybe I'll find one where I'm a human?
