Small, predatory credit union in Florida with deceptive and misleading banking practices. AVOID at all costs. This credit union is so bad that I have had to file regulatory complaints against them with the NCUA for failure to properly disclose fees (they have fees for EVERYTHING, but the low balance fee and account dormancy fee affected me). The customer care that used to be second to none has gone down the drain. From speaking to unprofessional customer service reps to being ignored for a high dollar vehicle loan, enough is enough. Tried to contact the loan department for 3 days to take advantage of an EV credit and couldn’t even get a call back. I’ll take my business somewhere else.
Should not charge fee when go to share banking
GTE financed my car and they had never set eyes on me. I was with Vystar Credit Union for over 10 years and they would not finance my car. I would go into the branch in Lake City, FL every Friday, so we were well acquaintance. GTE also gave me a credit card. GTE you all rocks! I would highly recommend GTE over Vystar Credit Union any day or time.
Hidden fees and shady business practices. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! Terrible customer service.
