Thomas Woods III at the office off of Gulf to Bay Blvd. in Clearwater, Fl. was such a gentleman. He was patient with me and so knowledgeable. I felt like he sincerely wanted me to be happy and he was going to do anything in his power to make that happen. Well, Thomas I could not be more happy than I am right now in my new car, thanks to you. I almost want to buy another car just to have you as my Member Relationship Officer. Thanks again, my friend.
Hours online and door states this branch is open on Saturdays from 9am-1pm. It was closed when I went. I do not have a card to use the ATM. So I guess I'm out of luck.
You people are great you're patient your helpful I couldn't ask for more thank you so much for what you've done for me
Absolutely terrible experience with this branch as a non customer you cannot access the virtual teller to cash checks without an account on Saturdays which is the only branch open for 50miles i drove 1hr and half to only be denied service because you dont have any employees working at the bank i wouldnt ever open and account at gte or recommend anyone
