Have read other reviews , but on my experience found the people who work there great . While not overly talkative , i found them to be very helpful with showing me options and loading onto my ute . As for the racking I couldn t be happier with my purchase , perfect for my garage In my opinion they are the best value for money racks on the market . Of course there are heavier duty and more expensive options out there but for general purpose all round , easy to put together racks i couldn t be happier and highly recommend
