Really want to call out and sincerely thank Ali and especially Tiana for their help earlier this year. The first time I had ever been involved in any kind of legal dispute, while I thought I was pretty bloody strong - on the day I was nothing but shakes and she was nothing but bulletproof, had a great outcome and was able to resolve an issue that without her approach I definitely would have screwed up. Can't speak highly enough of her and this firm. Really truly grateful.

Do NOT use this company !!!! I used GTC for a family matter and they stressed me to the max. My first Lawyer was lovely, she responded to my emails and phone calls, then much to my horror she left. Was I notified that she had left - no. Was I notified who my new Lawyer was going to be - no. After a month or so I called to see what was taking so long and was told only then that I had a new Lawyer, so I asked for her to please return my call. I called several more times & emailed over the next 6-8 weeks and never ever managed ... read more

Horrible transparency and communication. I was told I would have a draft by the following week - 4 weeks on I still have nothing. The only form of contact is me calling about the services, I have sent emails and left voicemails only to never have a response. Each time I call it's one excuse after another and one more hollow promise of a new timeline.

I paid these people to represent me in court in September 2017 and I still have not recieved any documents relating to my court case. I recieved an overdue account for the court cost and that's fair enough, which I paid however my solictor did not inform me of this.
