When I first started the process I thought I had a good lawyer. As time has gone past and I learnt more about the legal system in retrospect I regret using this service. I wanted local but I got someone form inner west who used a temp office which made it appear a local Lawyer when in fact coming from well over an hours travel away. I used someone young and inexperienced and I should never have settled and agreed to the outcome. A more experienced lawyer would’ve advised differently. I'm very happy with the service I received from Alanna at GTC Lawyers. I contacted them last minute Friday afternoon before my matter being heard the Monday and had contact from Alanna very quickly. She was genuinely empathetic to my situation, explained the court process and expected outcome easily. She also kept in contact with me via email over the weekend so we were on track. This one one of the worse law office I have ever dealt with, wasted time and effort with them ,fast to take your money and very slow to deliver service. I don’t recommend this office to anyone , I believe the review score is made up
