This location is awesome. Ray is extremely educated and patient. I had a hard time choosing which option to go with & he gave me a really thorough breakdown of everything I was interested in. Not once did he make me feel rushed or like I was being annoying. Amazing customer service and I will come back to this location every single time.

My experience at this store was very frustrating. I purchased an electric cigarette based on their description, but the product I received was not at all what was advertised. It feels like a complete waste of my money. The store's practice of misleading customers is unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this shop.
