Having ordered and paid for the taxi, the driver, unwilling to maneuver traffic around Roger’s Stadium for a concert, insisted dropping me off to walk rather than deliver me to the appointed location a mile down the road. This is not the #1 Taxi service in Ontario. They are in fact the 2nd WORST cab service in Toronto. I have no idea why they call themselves GTA cab because according to their operator they don't have a fleet of cars or drivers that service Downtown Toronto. I was literally told to book Beck taxi or another company by the GTA cab operator. That's outrageous! They apparently also don't book over the phone, just online. Ridiculous.
