Booked with GTA Accessible Transportation to an appointment. Driver was punctual, kind to help settle us into the van (which requires some extra work). Overall, we are happy and please with the experience. It make our first experience pleasant.
I used GTA services today for the first time, which was also the first time ever that I availed myself of any kind of such transportation. Getting into one of these vehicles is literally taking your life and placing it into an incompetent person‘s hands… Not only do the drivers not understand lanes or how to make a lane change or how to use their signals.. I was just cut off by a black van who decided to go from the right lane across the left lane and into the left turn Lane and proceed to make a turn on a red light.
