DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!!!! I do not recommend booking with this company as they are very unprofessional. The man on the phone spoke to me with a lot of disrespect. He turned the phone off on me while I was speaking. I cancelled the booking over 2 hours before the time and only within an 30 minute window. So impressed with all the service and help arranging a ride. Patient, explaining and answering all my questions. The size of wheelchair changed at last minute and they accommodated instantly saving almost $100. Very impressed and would highly recommend.
Dangerous driver! Almost hit another vehicle. Better off using a more professional company
My mom boarded the wrong van and was taken to a wrong location, GTA Accessible was willing to quickly send our original booked van (which was at my mom's LTC home looking for her) to that wrong location to pick her up and transfer her to the right location. Thank you so much for helping in this stressful situation today. Very reliable service and friendly helpful staff promptly answering phone calls.
