I was so disappointed today May 20 my lady chatted the whole time with the masseuse in next booth then I realised they had the curtain open I looked up and it was a male lying on the bed. I had to ask them to close the curtain and that there should be privacy. Because they chatted my masseuse wasn't concentrating all she did was rubbed me over no kneading or massage. I use to come here on a regular basis but ,$85 spent for that treatment was disgraceful. I would really like a response from the Manager

Unhygienic, bad odour, terrible service and professionalism. Go to Rockingham CKL instead they are much better in every way
Had a wonderful back, neck and shoulder massage today with hot stones. Very relaxing and my back feels so much better now. I will certainly be back! Only one thing I would suggest is to put tranquil music on in the background to try and drown out the noise from the shopping centre.
Amazing massages every time I have been, I highly recommend the ladies here. Everyone is so warm and welcoming.
