Got a quote of $50 to fix 4 inches of brake line and can do it that arvo. Got a call 3 days later saying it was $420 because they had to move the hand brake 2 bolts that hadn't been touched. I should have bought 25 metres of brake line, a flare tool and saved $350. Paided cash asked for receipt . Hand written said fixed brake line $430 guy at the desk was rude as too. Will never go back here or recommend them. How can you say $50 then say it may take a while longer apparently other cars were on hoist then charge more than 8 ... read more

First time customer - Great customer service from Kylie and Gary when I had my bus in for an inspection. Nothing was too much trouble, from fitting me in at short notice, to providing advice and explaining/sorting the process.
Terrible customer service. Booked a safety inspection, turned up early, paid the amount only then to be told the person was out for an indefinite period of time. A simple phone call would have avoided me wasting my time.
