Terrible customer service. Booked a safety inspection, turned up early, paid the amount only then to be told the person was out for an indefinite period of time. A simple phone call would have avoided me wasting my time.

LOVE their service. Very reliable and detailed quotes, job always well done. Have taken my old bus in several times over the years and Ben is always really clear about what needs to be done, why and how much it's going to cost, without the mansplaining I'm used to experiencing at other places in the past. Also very helpful in getting me back home after dropping off my bus, and working to my schedule which is greatly appreciated.
