Avoid this firm for your real estate transactions. They showed zero commitment to client advocacy. Throughout my home closing, they pushed to finalize paperwork while completely ignoring outstanding issues. Any request for guidance was met with demands for additional hourly fees. Most frustratingly, they failed to hold the sellers accountable for repairs agreed upon in writing. When the sellers walked away from their obligations, these lawyers threw their hands up and said they couldn’t do anything. Absolute waste of money.
They were exceptionally professional and responsive throughout the process.
