RecommendedMy wife and I always stop by GSM Outfitters when we’re in Gatlinburg. Mike and Heather are great people and they sell great gear and coffee. They are super knowledgeable about local hiking and have suggested some great hikes. They’re definitely worth a visit.

Just stopped in for a T-shirt. Great selection. Had no idea about the amazing coffee bar. Best I’ve had in quite some time. Thanks for the attention to details. Kids loved their whipped cream and sprinkles on top. My coffee was dark and strong. Perfect!!!

What a great local place to find what we were looking for! The owners were a great resource of knowledge for us. They sell quality items and have a large selection of items to choose from. We enjoyed coming in several times during our week long vacation and seeing the different items they had coming in that week. They also require face masks to be worn, so that was appreciated during this pandemic. Our vacation in TN was spent on the trails, in the nearby river and in this shop. We loved it!

Great store to do business with. I called to place an order. Spoke with Heather on the phone. She wasn’t at the store, but texted me pictures the next morning of the items I was interested in. She took my information over the phone, and got my items shipped out quickly. Everything was a great price, and exactly as described. Now I could have ordered these same items from a big box store, but it felt good to help the local store out. I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future.
What amazing service! Went above and beyond to help. Would recommend and will continue to buy my outdoor equipment from them. 6 stars.
