Easiest, simple, low stress rental ever! I needed a vehicle rental in Victoria BC and Terry was the only one I found who was able to get me what I needed. I run on a cash only budget as we try to avoid giving money away as interest to large corporations. Unfortunately, I was unable to rent from anyone due to lack of a credit card, I was snubbed by all of them, even with a visa debit. I was so happy when I finally found GSA rentals.
