My wife has used this guy for years and I have no idea why. He takes forever and always has an excuse why it takes him years to do what any other accountant can do in weeks or days. He lost our 2019 info and just claimed we never gave it to him. We only now got our our 2020 stuff back, which we still have to sign and send in so it's now October and we still don't have a tax return for 2020 or 2019. Worst place to do your taxes anywhere, hands down
