I have never written a review here before, but this was the worst experience I've ever had with a company so it deserves a review. I came in because I was told "the service wasn't great but it was cheap". Upon arrival I found out it would be 180 dollars, meaning: NOT cheap. But ok, I preferred to talk to someone about my taxes than filing it online. So after waiting 30min in the lobby I sit down with Marlene Canas. Very Unprofecional! They Never Open At Time And closes Way earlier Never Answer The Phone When You Call. I totally Dislike This Place. They Shouldn't own a Business They Have to go Back To School. And get Education I have No Idea How They Got Their Licence And Diploma For This Business. I don't Recommend it To Anyone Is A Waiste Of Time
