Movers were friendly, but I wouldn’t say “experienced” compared to local movers I used 6 months and interstate movers I hired 2 years ago. Front office was utterly unprofessional. They are not customer centric, very defensive and borderline hostile. Don’t let this happen to you!!!
Troy, Isaiah, and Josh were ahead of schedule, courteous, and professional. They worked quickly to haul junk from a two story garage, including an old piano, furniture, lawn equipment and a heavy old garage door. We will definitely use Grunts again.
Our moving team was awesome! They called and let us know they could come earlier so we could be ready for them. They were great to work with, took good care of the office furniture they moved for us. Great team! Friendly, helpful, hard working! Thanks so much!
Last minute same day call looking to move a few large items and the team made it work. Incredibly friendly, professional, and took wonderful care of my items and the walls as they moved things out. Really enjoyed all three of them and will call them next time I need things moved!
The men were timely in calling their arrival time. They were very friendly and polite. They moved quickly and efficiently.
