From start to finish this was a Five Star Process. Great communication throughout the order and build process. Not a Hard Sell but Honest Concern about getting the Right Trike for Me. Delivery and final fit was fantastic. Again, Sincere in making sure I, the customer, was satisfied and understood how it all worked. Local family business. No franchise here. The warm welcoming wife more than makes up for the not really that grumpy husband wrenching on bikes in the back. 😆. Not cycling a lot now so I like to stop in and see what disc golf discs they have. The kind of casual outdoor cycling, skateboarding, and disc golfing store this area needs. And I always leave with cool new stickers to decorate new places I visit!
Great little shop. Stopped in after a small bike accident both owners were there super friendly and helpful took time to make sure us and the bikes were okay. Definitely where to stop in if you're in the area!
We went to ride the Thermal Belt trail and just decided to stop in this Bike Shop and sure glad we did! The owners were very friendly and offered expertise on a bike rack we had been wanting to buy. They also offered recommendations on places to eat and other trails around Spindale and Rutherfordton. Ended up purchasing the rack as well as a mirror for my wife’s bike. Definitely recommend this shop for rentals or purchases.
Had a wonderful experience at Grumpy's! Highly recommend. Really nice and helpful folks. We rented 2 bikes to try the Thermal Belt trail which is right across the street. They were high quality and well-maintained bikes. Thank you!
