Had them handle my house closing stuff. Was told in the meeting that I can expect payment to be “in my account” at around 2pm on the day of the sale. On the day of the sale they called me to come and pick up a cheque, which was never discussed. When I asked why they didn’t offer to send an EFT they told me they don’t do that for security reasons.
