Terrible experience with this cpa. Terrible customer service. We belive they purposely messed our taxes up after a surprise charge that we disputed with them. We told them we wanted a refund they wouldnt honor it "taxes wasnt filed" we asked repeatedly for our refund and they said we will just file them this year and you can go wherever next year.
