This place is truly about service! I needed to have my hat shaped and Noah did the job! He was polite and so helpful! I will be back!
Marshall was amazing! I will be back! He makes that establishment amazing! Then a very tall guy came out from the back and asked if I needed help, I didn’t get his name but when I asked if he had a hat in my size, he just said, no. I had to ask him if he had something else in my size. Other than that, can’t wait to see Marshall again!
This is my second time buying a hat from Gruene Hat Co, and for the quality, price and hospitality, nothing beats it. Noah helped me this time and WOW….yall….it was A+ experience. He cleaned, trimmed, and reshaped my original hat perfectly (it needed some serious love) & he just has an eye for what works with your face. I also bought a new hat and wanted it a little more cowgirl style, and again, he shaped it perfectly and added the bands+feather+branding on in such a thoughtful, delicate way. Love this place they are the real deal. I grew up in Stephenville Tx & have had some nice hats. Noah puts his whole heart into making the hat & shape fit your personality!
