Food was great. Customer service was great as well
I just had a bus driver, drive right pass me. I was waiting for the 1A bus at 6:26pm by the double tree on midlothian. I waved my hands and the white bus driver kept going. But this wasn’t the first time. I’ve had bus drivers pass me while leaving the bus stop early. Had to call customer service to make them come back and get me. I'm miserable about the CARE van. I've been a passenger ever since the CARE van was established. Better than the bus, which I didn't enjoy riding at all, but still inadequate. Some of the CARE van drivers are kind but some are rude. Either they don't park close enough to the awning when they arrive at my home (a retirement community with a cavernous parking lot)...or they don't listen when I explain about my self-diagnosed autism and triggers, especially visual vertigo . Pulse buses times are false and the bus trackers need to be reprogrammed or something. Waited for two Pulse buses two come and neither showed up, now Im waiting possibly on a 3rd or 4th bus. GRTC do better because the service definitely has downgraded.
