I had to visit this store to redeem a voucher on behalf of my wife. The staff there were exceptionally helpful with someone who had no clue of what to buy. There were some challenges with the account/voucher on my end which again the staff were very helpful with. I recommend this retailer due to the high levels of service received and impeccably presented and impressive shop environment
Staff is so helpful with identifying the best product for my young kid with sensitive skin. Various packs of sample are given generously which focusing on the needs of my and my girl’s skin. High appreciated and will definitely revisit again.
I visited Grown Alchemist to buy their products, and I found their Day Cream and Exfoliator to be amazing! Highly recommend the products of great quality and great customer service too!
had a wonderful experience here. Minnie is exceptionally helpful and knowledgable and very patient as well. does not hardsell and tailored the advice to specific skin types/ concerns. also got a chance to experience a facial from Adeline— very soothing and calming. was glowing after the treatment will definitely be back
