I post this with tears and caution to those women who have chronic low milk supply issues and/or struggle with postpartum anxiety or depression. The service I received here was not supportive or helpful and instead had me leaving from the back door in sobs. Things said to me like “your baby is watching your face” as I sob over only being able to produce 7ml of breast milk were harmful. I rented a pump from them for maybe a week. A few months after (around 2 months) they called and said I had a balance due from an insurance deductible. But when I rented my insurance wasn’t used by them since they don’t take my insurance. When they called (left a voicemail) they said they would be charging my visa, nothing else but that.
