I have been seeing Lauren for massages for massages for a few months. Last month when I showed up, I was in the middle of a flare-up of lower left back/hip pain. I felt like my hips were twisted. In on session, she fixed me!! I knew I felt better, but when I went back today for a massage, I realized how free I have been from that pain for an entire month. The massage felt completely different...I had very few spots that felt like "good hurting". My entire back was more relaxed than ever. Lauren is a life renewer!!!

I went to GGF for to see Dr. Karrie for pelvic pain. I am glad I did! After explaining my medical history as well as how I had been through two years of pelvic floor therapy with other providers, she was able to customize a treatment plan very specific for my needs.
