I highly recommend Alex at Grow Where You’re Planted. Her bodywork sessions helped me recover from a severe back injury, and she is incredibly intuitive, with truly healing hands. Alex is warm, caring, and very professional, and she creates such a welcoming and calming space. I always leave feeling peaceful. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
Treatments with Alexandra are more than just a massage. Alexandra's intuition helps her diagnose and pinpoint exactly where your problems stem from, not matter where they are presenting in your body. She doesn't even need your full life story to understand how to help you, she reads and listens to your body. If you ask her for her insights, she is a wealth of information that will assist you in many ways. Take her advice off the table any apply it in your life and you'll be happy with this investment in your health.
My massage/ bodywork with Alexandra was amazing. My friend referred me to her and I’m so glad! I had lots of aches and swelling from traveling long distances and Alexandra was able to help with all of my issues. She uses oils she puts together for an individualized experience, she knows how to read bodies, and went to where I needed help and addressed it with various modalities. I wish I lived closer, or even in the same country, but whenever I come back and visit, I’m for sure booking a session.
Alexandra is an excellent practioner and has multiple methods combined with intuition to find and work on areas in your body that need to release blocks and stress. I would have to say that was the best facial work I've ever had! Absolutely lovely, relaxing and worth treating yourself ♥️
