I was accused of fraudulent activity and the Bank refused to accept my check deposit to an inactive account I held with Grow Financial. The bank indicated they would only accept cash from me. Opened the account years ago and have never used it. It has a balance of $1. If there was fraudulent activity on this account it had to be someone else other than me. Grow wasn't concerned with explaining to me what type of fraudulent activity was showing or why the bank would only accept cash from me.

Decent so far.. Had a few hiccups at first trying to deposit a check from the treasury. Even though we weren’t initially told that new accounts that have physical checks deposited could be held up to 10 business days. We found that out by calling Member services which were not much help at all. Considered closing account at first But i went back to the bank and Amber Seal was great! She’s friendly.
