Terrible operation. Folks here are great but the system to speak with anyone does not work properly.. 20 minutes to speak with anyone is unacceptable... Bill Pay issues along with other discrepancies need to be addressed. Corporate has ruined it once good service today by not providing good Customer care and direction. I'm closing all my accounts today.. Semper-Fi
