June 2nd 2026 Attention all Veterans and Marines. Terrible operation at this location. Grow Financial has gone done hill in the past months. I no longer will be doing Bussiness with this poorly run banking facility. 10 min. on hold to speak with someone about your account is unacceptable... Closing all accounts in morning.. F- Semper-Fi
Terrible operation. Folks here are great but the system to speak with anyone does not work properly.. 20 minutes to speak with anyone is unacceptable... Bill Pay issues along with other discrepancies need to be addressed. Corporate has ruined it once good service today by not providing good Customer care and direction. I'm closing all my accounts today.. Semper-Fi
