I began banking as a military client when it was called MacDill Federal Credit Union. When it became Grow Financial, I have still received the level of service and personal attention I have become accustomed to. Today, a Grow associate happened to review my accounts while I made a simple deposit and spent the time to help me make the most gains on my dollars without my asking a thing. I was a member of Mac Dill Federal Credit Union for over 23 years, and they were absolutely wonderful. I was concerned when they changed to Grow Financial, but was told that it was just the name that was changing. That however was a lie. To start with they spun there mortgage dept to some where in South Carolina, and the fact that the credit union being for the benefit of members went out the window.
