Jill Grant wipes and sprays her counter after each black customer. Idk if it’s good or bad but I’m aware that it’s not required. Gave racist vibes way before services and took entirely too long. She needs to retire or improve her customer service skills as a so called professional at a bank.

Slowest bank ever second time here and each time I’ve had to wait over an hour they are severely understaffed and need to get more staff asap this is actually unacceptable and should be fixed immediately
