Jennifer was so efficient and abreast of everything that the credit union had to offer and helped me in a very timely manner.
Needed to do a wire transfer to a Canadian account and attempted over the phone answered security questions, but had an issues with identifying proper transit number. So I went into a branch answered security questions and they were able to resolve transit number issue, signed and processed the wire request and was told funds would be released.
