I came in and I have been dealing with Jennifer Who is the most outstanding teller I have ever dealt with she is kind. She is patient. She is informative and she is beyond helpful. It was a joy dealing with her. You’re lucky to have her.
Incompetent staff when it comes to dealing with the death of a parent in their car loan. They are not helpful. They make it very difficult to navigate this process. I will never give them my business and I would not recommend this credit union to anyone.
Jennifer at 580 location is amazing and very helpful. I highly recommend her.
