They closed my debit card over a Uber Eats transaction that was cancelled by Uber Eats. I dont have transportation and I work full time so having to get a new debit card RIGHT BEFORE RENT IS DUE is maddening. This is what happens when companies rely on AI to handle our money. Closing cards that can't be re-opened like its nothing. This weekend my priority is switching to a new bank.
