I had to dispute one transaction so when I called the bank they told me exactly what to do and what information to get. I uploaded everything, it’s been a week so I called today the bank and the lady told me there working on it and that they have until November 13 to solve the issue so I asked for a supervisor. Well supervisor tells me that it was denied but the First Lady told me something different. Like why all co- workers can be in the same page and give the right information.
