Yesterday I went to this branch to open an account for my son, and Madisyn was absolutely wonderful. I was honestly a little nervous because customer service these days can be hit or miss, but she completely exceeded my expectations. She was professional, efficient, polite, kind, and compassionate throughout the entire process. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that I felt comfortable. Excellent customer care — 10/10 experience. I highly recommend working with her!
