Shawntel Johnson provided outstanding customer service. I dropped into her office to see if an account number from when this was MacDill FCU could be located. While not available in the current system, she called someone else who was able to find the information. Spending the extra time was much appreciated. Very nicely done.
One of my least favorite things to do is go to a bank. Today I had the pleasure of Maribel Velazquez being my teller. She was absolutely wonderful.
The employees here are super unprofessional and very disrespectful, and one of the employees disrespecting me in my face
