The grow financial branch on Bloomingdale Ave customer service is awful. I was seen by Shawntel Johnson for a new account and she was border line rude. She was very abrupt with her questions and rarely looked me in the eye when speaking to me. She received a text as I heard her phone buzz and she stopped working to check her phone, totally disrespect to me as a long time customer.
