The arrogance in their customer service is a reason I'll never seek membership here. All I wanted to do was break a $50. After waiting in an empty lobby for a few minutes to get noticed, I was basically told they wouldn't help me unless I was a member. This is the first bank that's ever done that to me. I thought convenience was the purpose for stuff on a military base.
