Usually do not like doing reviews like this. We booked a 9am car as we were going to Whistler for the day. I emailed requesting earlier pick up- they said no only 9am (which is well within their right), however, nobody showed up at the shop. I emailed 4 times, no response, called 4 times, no response. Had to cancel and now go to the airport to rent a car losing significant time in Whistler. Very very disappointing.

I rented a Chrysler minivan from Grow Car Rental and had a great experience. The vehicle only had about 9,000 km on it, so it felt almost like a brand new car. The van was very clean and well maintained. The whole rental process was smooth and easy. I’m very satisfied with the car and the service. I would definitely rent from them again.
