"I'm not even willing to give this place one star. The staff provided very poor service and were incredibly rude. They don't know how to communicate properly, not even a simple 'we're busy, please come back later' – they just say no. The accountant was pleasant, but the woman answering calls was uneducated and lacked manners."
Not professional at all. I needed some help regarding my cra account, nobody responded even after emails and countless calls. They stopped taking my calls and staff is rude and unprofessional.
Zero star..I do not recommend this service at all. The customer service was very poor, and I wasted a significant amount of time trying to update a single document.
