Not professional at all. I needed some help regarding my cra account, nobody responded even after emails and countless calls. They stopped taking my calls and staff is rude and unprofessional.
Zero star..I do not recommend this service at all. The customer service was very poor, and I wasted a significant amount of time trying to update a single document.
They are experienced accountants. We received great service and professionalism. Really impressed.
