Hired them for my business and family accounting. Charged and took full payment upfront. Office caught fire and tax filing got delayed. Already late to file tax but somehow understanding the situation gave them the time . Neha was handling the case. Personal tax got file i even don't know on what bases as i believed it to be right. "I'm not even willing to give this place one star. The staff provided very poor service and were incredibly rude. They don't know how to communicate properly, not even a simple 'we're busy, please come back later' – they just say no. The accountant was pleasant, but the woman answering calls was uneducated and lacked manners."
Not professional at all. I needed some help regarding my cra account, nobody responded even after emails and countless calls. They stopped taking my calls and staff is rude and unprofessional.
