Great place! Recently joined the home and I’ve felt genuinely welcomed by both the staff and the residents. Everyone has been incredibly friendly, supportive, and kind, which made settling in so much easier. The work environment is positive, respectful, and full of warmth. It’s clear that the care and well-being of the residents are top priorities, and it’s a privilege to be part of such a compassionate and dedicated team.

Joined Grove Lodge and Courtyard in Feb 2025 and it's been an amazing experience! The staff are warm, the environment is homely, and the meals are absolutely delicious.The dedication to high standards, combined with a compassionate and friendly culture, makes this more than just a job, it feels like being part of a family. It’s a place where care, teamwork, and respect truly shine. Proud to be part of such a compassionate team!!

Grove lodge is a lovely home. Staff are there 24 hours a day to support all residents, whether respite care or permanent accommodation. Staff are friendly and approachable. It is a great place to work with support from all members of the team
