I needed help locating a 1098 form for my taxes. I managed to lose the original they sent in the mail. I called and spoke with Shelly who was so nice about it and offered to send me an electronic copy right away. I was so grateful for her help and her kindness in not making me feel bad for losing the original one. We've had nothing but great experiences working with Grove Bank and today's interactions with Shelly were one more reason we'll continue to go through Grove Bank anytime we need a loan.
