Good bag when it works. The seals will come apart after opening and closing just a few times. Had to jump through hoops to get them replaced. Customer service is nice but not very helpful. Wouldn’t purchase again after my last experience.
Plastic seals on there bags are absolutely awful.
Great concept; poor execution. Just about every bag I got came apart. Terrible quality! * I just read a review where they responded that this is a very rare issue and never reported before...... Well every person I know who have these had the same problem. Don't make excuses, take responsibility for your subpar product.
Ordered two 50 1oz packs and bought around 8 1/4 lb sized. Around 25% of them are having the zipper pull away from the side of the bag after being opened a handful of times. Rendering them useless if you don't own a heat sealer. To the point I'm just trying to avoid opening them at all because of fear they'll break. I contacted them to ask how they're addressing this widespread ongoing issue and was treated like an annoyance looking for free product. I've had Brand name zipper bags with more durability. I've torn 2/2 zippers free from bag in under a dozen open/ close cylcyes. Big waste of $. I see I'm not the only person this happened to. Purchased from local retailer.
