Grove bag ziplocks have gone to shit. I bought 50 of them and they ALL broke. The zippers break after only a couple uses. Not like they used to be. On Feb 5th Lindsi Flores of you customer service team brought this to your attention and your company said they would not honor any warranty outside of 30days. I will be looking elseware. As long as im still breathing I will be leaving negative reviews. If you like to make good on the warranty she has my address.

Good bag when it works. The seals will come apart after opening and closing just a few times. Had to jump through hoops to get them replaced. Customer service is nice but not very helpful. Wouldn’t purchase again after my last experience. Update: the replacement bags they sent had faulty seals as well, so I’m doubting it was just “a limited number” of faulty product. The best bags in the buisness!!! Been using these for a couple years now and I love them especially the 5 and 20 gals for units and after bucking off stem I put into 20 gals and keep in dry room at 60/60 no burbing bags and cure starts before I get trimmed. Had an issue with fed ex stealing half my order they took the small zip locks in different sizes and styles. Box was opened then taped back and tore open again when I got it.
