From selection to delivery and installation they were wonderful to work with! I will definitely be purchasing any further appliances I may need from them! Also, having their local service department is an added important bonus if needed in the future. Highly recommend!

We purchased a washer from Groves, along with a warranty and a microwave. They kept me updated with appointment times which was great. They were here on time , I was amazed how fast and efficient they were. Took both old appliances with them . They have sent me emails with the warranty info so I don’t have to keep up with it. We have bought a refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer and now a mattress from Grove Appliance. Staff in the store are very helpful and congenial, plus the delivery personnel have always been courteous. We have bought from large box stores over the years, but enjoy we can get dependable service and appliances in Carrollton, Ohio.
