This was our second experience doing business with Groves in Carrollton. The 1st time we needed an upright freezer immediately as ours died and we were about to lose all our frozen food. We were able to find one that suited our needs and wallet and take it home that day. When we needed new living room furniture, we went back to Groves. I recently had a washer and dryer delivered by Auggie and Bobbi from Grove Appliance, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. They were professional, respectful, and incredibly efficient. They took great care during the delivery, made sure everything was set up properly, and even cleaned up after themselves. It was clear they take pride in their work. We love Grove Appliance in Carrollton! We have purchased a washer last year and the experience was great! This year we purchased a new refrigerator and had another wonderful experience as well!! Everyone is so helpful and kind! And I did not feel pressured into purchasing anything. I highly recommend Grove Appliance!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. They didn’t pressure me, but asked if I needed any help. I picked out a microwave, bought it and the nice lady even took it to my car. Later that day when I went to use the microwave, I discovered the turntable was missing. I went back in the next day and, with no hassle, the young man found one for me. They were very nice people and the store is huge and clean! I highly recommend this store!
