From selection to delivery and installation they were wonderful to work with! I will definitely be purchasing any further appliances I may need from them! Also, having their local service department is an added important bonus if needed in the future. Highly recommend!
We walked in, told them what we needed in a washer and dryer. Got approved in minutes and walked out with a delivery date and it only took about 20min total! The Sales guy Augie was awesome to work with 10/10 highly recommend! We will be back soon to invest in a stove and refrigerator!! Shop at the Carrollton location!! High class and super friendly!!
We manage several rental properties, so appliance replacements are just part of the job. Augie has been excellent to work with—quick, responsive, and reliable when it comes to getting appliances swapped out efficiently. Out of the dozen or so appliances we’ve purchased, we’ve only had one warranty issue, and it was handled promptly with no hassle. That kind of service makes a big difference. The entire team has been great to work with. Highly recommend.
Awesome experience in store and with service tech. We found the stove we wanted, brought to home hooked it up! And then had an issue with the convection fan, they came out and replaced the component under warranty. Everyone was very personable and professional!
We knew what we wanted but with them being out of stock they gave us the flor model! From check out to unloading our own washer and loading the new one we were in and out in 30 minutes. We will definitely use them in the future for other appliance purchases!
