I've now purchased a refrigerator, stove, washer, & dryer from Groves Appliance Furniture in Carrollton. Staff is very nice & knowledgeable. I appreciate that they're goal is to meet your needs rather than trying to get you to choose the most expensive product. I think some things are a little over priced for being what was in several cases floor models or something because we have purchased 4 things from here so I know... 1 was missing the bottom dishwasher plate, missing instructions (just things here and there) but the last thing we bought was a washer and dryer set he was obviously trying to get rid of but they're fine. We purchased a washer from Groves, along with a warranty and a microwave. They kept me updated with appointment times which was great. They were here on time , I was amazed how fast and efficient they were. Took both old appliances with them . They have sent me emails with the warranty info so I don’t have to keep up with it. I needed a clothes washer asap. Augi was very knowledgeable and set me up with a great washer. The delivery men were also very professional and hooked up my washer in no time I would recommend Grove furniture and appliance store to everyone!
