I was greeted as soon as I walked in. They didn’t pressure me, but asked if I needed any help. I picked out a microwave, bought it and the nice lady even took it to my car. Later that day when I went to use the microwave, I discovered the turntable was missing. I went back in the next day and, with no hassle, the young man found one for me. They were very nice people and the store is huge and clean! I highly recommend this store!
Fantastic local place to buy quality appliances or furniture. Was greeted by Augie when we entered the store and he answered our questions without hesitation on the stove we wished to purchase. Delivery was 2 days later and we couldn't have been happier with that as well. Professional and helpful delivery guys. We are needing a refrigerator soon and will be 100% coming in for that. Thanks for a great experience!
We are very happy with Grove appliance in Carrollton. The repairman came and evaluated our washing machine issue and gave us an honest assessment of our problem. We decided to purchase a washing machine instead of repairing the old one. The sales person and delivery people were professional and very helpful. The washing machine was delivered quickly. We will be returning to Grove appliance for future needs.
Good products, on time delivery, easy purchase process. Only downside is the prices are a little high sometimes. But the convince makes up for it in my opinion. Bought a couch and fridge so far and they've held up nicely
We need a freezer really quick and we’re able to buy one right off the floor, and even helped us load it on our truck, great store, great people that work there, look forward to doing business again with them
