Jack re-caulked our bathroom shower and it looks great! It had previously had a leak around the bottom tiles so he caulked around those tiles too. He gave us several options and properly talked us out of anything that would be too risky or too expensive. We've used Grout Man before and Mike did an excellent job of caulking the same shower a few years ago. Jack is very transparent, honest and thoughtful about his offerings and I'd never use anybody else for similar work. I highly recommend Grout Man!!!
Jack provides excellent service, both skilled and artistic. Extremely knowledgeable about short and long term care. We have been one of his clients for many years. He provides peace of mind that our showers, tubs, and water services won’t leak. Highly recommend him
Jack did a fantastic job re-caulking the perimeter of my bathroom shower after it had been poorly done by another company a year ago. He was thorough, friendly, and professional, and took the time to explain what he would be doing as well as how to care for our shower moving forward. He provided caulk color options and was very patient with me while I chose the one I wanted.The results exceeded my expectations. My experience with Jack (The Grout Man) from day 1 was great. Upon my first experience everything was done thoroughly in which it was explained to me and scheduling was done right away. I was especially pleased with Jack taking his time to discuss what was needed and not needed. I was able to easily determine that I wanted to contract for service with him because I was given options. Jack and Mike were both great to work with and know their trade well. Good communication and offered reasonable solutions for our problems. Mike fixed loose tiles, regrouted and caulked two bathrooms. They look great! Grout man is our man for any tile and grout jobs!
