Jack did a fantastic job re-caulking the perimeter of my bathroom shower after it had been poorly done by another company a year ago. He was thorough, friendly, and professional, and took the time to explain what he would be doing as well as how to care for our shower moving forward. My experience with Jack (The Grout Man) from day 1 was great. Upon my first experience everything was done thoroughly in which it was explained to me and scheduling was done right away. I was especially pleased with Jack taking his time to discuss what was needed and not needed. Grout man is the best. Has always been straightforward and honest. Biggest mistake I ever made with my shower floor was not using them in the first place. Still came and did the fix properly later and I couldn't be happier
Jack and Mike were both great to work with and know their trade well. Good communication and offered reasonable solutions for our problems. Mike fixed loose tiles, regrouted and caulked two bathrooms. They look great! Grout man is our man for any tile and grout jobs!
