First experience was not bad at all. Got here for 10 am pickup appointment. There are two checking office (one on either side of building).First office near door 2 and one more near door 7. Got my door right away and done loading in 1 hour.Enough parking space and room to park to the loading dock. But the second experience was very bad,more than 5 hours loading waiting time,also by appointment but it’s took a long time get the door and to be loaded.

Very Bad Experience. Drivers are waiting on the window for long time they just enjoy inside. For 10 skids it took me 5 hours to just offload. Please try to avoid this place
