Just horrible customer service. No collaboration. My alarm mistakingly started going off in the middle of the night saying there was a fire. Called customer service to check what’s up and this guy’s asking for the phone number on the file with an attitude 😂. Yea dude I’m renting but let me check the phone number my landlord put on the file when he bought the place. Once I told him I don’t have it he hung up on my face.

je suis avec eux depuis maintenant presque 3 ans et pas de problème seul bemole on a pris une alarme pour diminution du coût d'assurance mais avoir su on aurais pas acheter aucune différence dans le prix de l'assurance mais comme je dit aucun problème avec la compagnie Intégral super service et rapide
