The worst Bank ever! Staff are stuck in another century. No concept on clients’ privacy, no respect for them or their time. Teller, Insaf. Sahnoun, was not able nor willing to help. Just stood there smiling sarcastically. No customer service skills whatsoever or knowledge of her job. This company relies on cheap labour to grab money from clients. I asked for the person in charge. She said “there’s no one”. Stay away from this bank. Save yourself some serious frustration.
I have never experiences such bad service. anywhere in the world! I called to speak to someone at the 11 King St W branch but my call went to a call centre. I tried 3 times but 3 times was td that my call could not be connected with the branch, that I would have to wait for a call back in 48 hours. I called back the following day. Same response. Then, I went to the branch but staff did not care at all to help me. I drove 34 km to get there only to find out that staff are not able nor willing to do their job. Staff member... read more
