This store is awful and will not be going back. I found a dress that i loved but don't wanna waste my time or money there. The employees are so disrespectful and rude. Definetly will never recommend to anyone!!

I had the WORST experience here shopping for a prom gown with my younger sister. The line was so long it was halfway through the store at the time we got in it. She only had two dresses to try on so we were hoping to get in and out fairly quickly. Then two employees continued to walk back and forth yelling at customers to MOVE as they rolled a rack of gowns around and they actually knocked over the rack and almost took my sister to the ground! Where do I begin. Firstly, I am aware that Group USA has great deals and with that, sometimes you have to forgo some niceties when trying on wedding gowns, like someone to personally assist you. However, my experience was down right awful, especially since I have been there before when a dear friend was looking for a gown and she had a nice experience. Cheap dresses – The dresses in Group USA are very cheap looking. Go to a specialty boutique and compare the qualities. They have multiple sizes in every dress, so you are sure to match someone at prom!!

Great if you're in a rush for a wedding dress...the dresses are all there! – Group USA appeared like there may be a slim selection of dresses. After looking around, it was evident there was a lot more wedding dresses than I originally bargained for. I would recommend going in when they first open so that you can get the help you need.
